Pre-purchase Building Report

A Building Inspection is recommended to be carried out well before auction or before the five day cooling off period ends. It will provide you a clear picture of what issues if any that the property may have. This will provide you the opportunity to establish clear expectation between you and the seller.

We carry out both Pre-purchase Building Inspections and Pre-sale (Vendor) / Auction Building Inspections. Our Reports are available to you within 24 hours of accessing the property often the same day.

The Building Inspection report will contain a photograhic summary where available of notable items so that you can quickly see what issues may exist and the extent that they are present.

The report will also provide a summary / conclusion which provides an overall impression of the property – relative to similar properties in a reasonably well maintained condition.

We strongly recommended that all property buyers carry out a Building and Pest Inspection to you with a full insight into the property you are considering for purchase. We are available to carry out Building and Pest Inspections Monday to Friday and weekends by appointment.
