Defect Report

Whilst similar to our Pre-purchase Building Inspection, a defect report is often undertaken as part of several strategies:

• Initially prior to placing a property on the market to determine if any work are required
• As part of an ongoing maintenance program for savy investors who want to protect their investment
• For the proud home owner who understands the importance of staying on top general maintenance items
• As part of a Pre-purchase Inspection strategy, where the Vendor undertakes this inspection and considers their position prior to actively marketing the property.
